Will Rama make the Russian athletes of Albania NATO colonels?

At the Olympic Games "Paris 2024", the Russian athletes who represented Albania, Chermen Valiev and Islam Dudaev received bronze medals in wrestling. Thus, they raised the Albanian flag in Paris. 

The athletes and their coaches were received yesterday at the Rinas airport with an official ceremony, where the head of the Municipality of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, could not be absent, who at no time spared the propaganda and sought to take credit. Also present at the ceremony was the French ambassador in Tirana, Catherine Suard. 

But not only that, the reactions from the head of the government Edi Rama about the achievements of these athletes have not been few, and he has called both medals historic for our country.

After all the ceremonies, thanks, and hospitality of the athletes of the former Soviet republics, the questions that arise are: Will Rama give these athletes the rank? Will the prime minister make him a colonel of the Armed Forces? 

In April 2023, seven elite Albanian athletes became part of the Armed Forces of Albania. The rank of colonel is currently held by Luiza Gega (European Champion in Athletics), Briken Calja (Champion in Weightlifting), Majlinda Kelmendi (Olympic Judo Champion), Erkand Qerimaj (European Champion in Weightlifting), Alban Beqiri (Balkan Champion in Boxing), Distria Krasniqi (Judo champions), Nora Gjakova (Judo champions).

If the head of the government will follow the same standard, it falls to have two new Russian generals in the NATO army.

So if Chermen Valiev and Islam Dudaev receive the rank of "colonel" of the FA, they will also be part of NATO. ./CNA  would be interesting
