7 questions for Rama/Berisha: Theft of 224 thousand m2 of land, the biggest
The head of the DP, Sali Berisha

The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in a statement to the media, addressed 7 questions to Prime Minister Edi Rama regarding 224,000 m2 of land in Gjipe, which the opposition leader calls the biggest robbery of property in 32 years.

According to Berisha, Rama and the Koleka family have received without any official cadastral document or official document of expropriation, 224 thousand m2 of land in the bay of Gjipe, the most panoramic and touristic area of ??the country.

In relation to this issue, Berisha addressed the Prime Minister with 7 questions.

Berisha's full statement

With his silence like a thread of grass, the thief Edvin Gjipeja has admitted that he and the Koleka family have taken without any official cadastral document or official document of expropriation, 224 thousand m2 of land in the bay of Gjipeja, the most panoramic and touristic area of ??the country.

He admitted in this way that he publicly deceived the Albanians when he declared that he and his mother never asked for 1 m2 of land, while the documents prove that his late mother was a plaintiff in court against the Albanian state for 224 thousand m2 of land in the bay of Gjipe.

Edi Gjipeja could not present the map to prove that the 224,000 m2 of land he took was located as he stated, somewhere high up in the mountains and far from the seashore, but he admitted with his silence that he publicly deceived the Albanians when he declared that that land was located somewhere high in the mountain ranges and far from the coastline, while it has been proven by investigative journalists that 13,300 m2 of this looted land are located between the Vlorë-Himarë road and go down to the water's edge in the most panoramic and touristic area of the Albanian coast.

To bring to light this theft of 224 thousand m2 of land, which is the biggest theft of land in 32 years after that of the serial killer, Pëllumb Gjokës in Velipojë, today I have a few more questions for Edvin Gjipena.

1-Why did the ATP of Artan Lame, your friend, and the cadastre of Vlora decide not to recognize the ownership of 224 thousand m2 of land in Gjipe as the land of your late mother, inherited by her father or your grandfather Petro Koleka? Were you missing documents or did they have a grudge against you?

2-Is it true that the ATP did not clarify the decision of refusal to recognize and return the property to your late mother, according to you, the inheritance of your grandfather Petro?

3-Did you put pressure on Artan Lamen so that the decision of ATP's rejection of the request of your late mother and her cousins ??was not revealed in order to hide the reasons for the rejection?

4-How is it possible that, as it is said, ATP has not appeared in court at all to defend its decision to reject the request of your late mother and her cousins? Were they missing out of fear or did you order them?

5-Has any Vlora mortgage director been fired for refusing to register the 224,000 m2 land of your late mother, inherited as you claim from her father, i.e. your grandfather Petro Koleka and his people?

6-From 1999 to 2005, you (Edi Rama) were minister and mayor. Did your late mother or her cousins, the other Kolekets, submit any documents for the acquisition of this land to the property restitution and compensation commissions appointed by the Socialist Party? If so, what response did they receive? If they have not submitted, why are they not presenting the documents or the request to the bodies appointed by the Socialist Party, or did they wait for the moment when the boy became prime minister?

7-Finally, the specialists appreciate that for the creation of a false legal basis for the acquisition of 224 thousand m2 of land, you signed 7 government decisions and changed 2 laws related to ownership problems. From this, the question arises, what is the truth of these 7 government decisions and changes to two laws? How many of them are precisely related to your and the Koleka clan's ownership of 224,000 m2 of land in the most touristic and panoramic area of ??the Albanian coast, which is Gjipeja and its well-known and world-famous canyon.

Albanian citizens are waiting for answers, but the thief of Gjipe will continue to be as silent as a blade of grass. After these, there will be other questions and the truth will be revealed./ CNA
