Today, the four martyrs of democracy in Shkodër, who lost their lives in the April 2 demonstration in 1991, were commemorated through a ceremony.

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha was also part of the ceremony, who in his speech stated that after 32 years, today the martyrs are honored under conditions of complete monism.
