The head of the LZHK, Dashamir Shehu, during the plenary session in the Assembly, emphasized that the main issue that should be discussed in the parliament was the issue of the lack of water in Albania and not that of water supply.

Shehu raised the alarm saying that the drought has covered Albania and even more so during the summer season.

"I invite the Skopje government that the issue of water is bigger than water pipes. We are talking about water for the fields, the drought is coming in Albania. Albania is dry all summer because there are no more reservoirs. This is the issue that should have been fixed. If this is not resolved then we will come here again", he said. /CNA.al
