The Audiovisual Media Authority, AMA, in fulfillment of the obligations it has from the implementation of the requirements of the Electoral Code, conveys to you a new notice from the Central Election Commission, KQZ, on the prohibition of the development of activities of a public nature.

The AMA requests all OSHMAs not to include the activities mentioned by the CEC in the broadcasting of audiovisual content. The authority will continue the monitoring process and in case of identification of cases of transmission of activities listed as "Prohibited by the CEC", as the following activities are considered, it will officially notify the CEC for the continuation of the administrative procedure according to the legislation in force .

Public activities with object:

1. "Work inspection, high water canal, Lushnjë (with social media)", with participants: Taulant Balla, Eriselda Sefa, reported on March 25, to be held on March 30

2. “Inspektim punimesh, muri mbajtës, lagja ‘Kongresi’, Lushnjë (me media sociale)” me pjesëmarrës: Taulant Balla, Eriselda Sefa, raportuar më datë 25 mars për t’u zhvilluar më datë 3 mars

3. “Inspektim punimesh, palestra e shkollës ‘Foto Puka’ Lushnjë (ripublikim, me media sociale)”, me pjesëmarrës: Taulant Balla, Eriselda Sefa, raportuar më datë 25 mars për t’u zhvilluar më datë 30 mars

4. “Inspektim punimesh, markatë në lagjen ‘Xhevdet Nepravishta’, Lushnjë (me media sociale)”, me pjesëmarrës: Taulant Balla, Eriselda Sefa, raportuar më datë 25 mars për t’u zhvilluar më datë 30 Mars

5. “Dita Kombëtare e Mjekëve, Lushnjë (takim me mjekë, me media sociale)”, me pjesëmarrës: Taulant Balla, Eriselda Sefa, Laureta Xhafa, mjekë të Lushnjës, raportuar më datë 25 mars për t’u zhvilluar më datë 30 Mars

referring to articles 91, 92, points 1, 2 and 4 of the Electoral Code and decision no. 9, dated 24.12.2020, of the Regulatory Commission, constitute prohibited activities.

Under these conditions, the State Election Commissioner decided to stop the development of these activities. The ban was carried out in the reporting interface of the CEC by placing the note "Prohibited by the CEC" in prohibited activities. When there is a prohibition decision, the activity cannot be carried out.

Also, referring to article 9, point 4 of decision no. 9, dated 24.12.2020 of the Regulatory Commission, we appeal to the Audiovisual Media Authority to take measures so that it is not allowed to broadcast or be reflected in news columns or those covering the campaign on radio and television./ CNA.al
