Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has issued a statement to the media, where it has been stated that unsolicited audits have submitted a report against the accusations that DP has received Russian funding.

Berisha emphasized that the report is complete and serious as all the financial and budgetary activities of the DP have been analyzed.

“Me të drejtë keni pritur raportin e auditit ndaj akuzave për PD se ka pranuar financime ruse. Ky raport tani është i plotë. Auditë të pavarur kanë paraqitur një raport serioz pasi kanë analizuar të gjithë veprimtarinë financiare, buxhetore të PD-së. Për konkluzionet zonja Ledina Mandia, kryetare e komisionit ua paraqet juve”, tha Berisha.

Më tej Ledina Mandia, kryetarja e komisionit deklaroi se grupi i Auditimit ishte ngarkuar për të bërë verifikimin në lidhje me përdorimin e parave ruse për lobim, akuza që janë dëgjuar në media.
