President Bajram Begaj, today on the International Day of Doctors, expressed gratitude and thanks for the hard work of the white shirts, remembering their contribution and work during the 3 difficult years of the pandemic.

" On the International Doctor's Day, I wish all the doctors of Albania, for their hard work, in the service of the citizens.

The COVID-19 pandemic brought to our attention the greatness and humility of the doctor's mission. For months, our doctors dedicated themselves to sick patients, staying true to the "Oath of Hippocrates" and not asking about the danger that threatened them or their families.

Today, as fortunately the difficult days of the pandemic seem to be a memory of the past, the example of their selflessness should not remain a thing of the past, on the contrary, it should be one more reason to respect the white shirts for professionalism and their dedication.

Respect and gratitude to our doctors, to all my respected colleagues and friends!", writes Begaj./ CNA.al
