17 points of discussion for the session of July 20 in the Assembly/ The

The last parliamentary session is expected to be held tomorrow where 17 points will be discussed.

According to the announcement, some of the items included in the agenda are the 2022 report of the SSC, the approval of the draft law on the use of cannabis for medical and industrial purposes, as well as the draft law for medical students.

The agenda does not include the request for a debate on the issue of incinerators requested by the opposition.

Socialist MP Toni Gogu, a day ago announced that the Assembly will decide whether this issue will be included in the agenda or not.

According to him, this matter already belongs to justice and is not an emergency to be discussed in the parliament.

On the other hand, the rejection of the opposition's request caused a lot of reactions from the MPs, who expressed to the media that the parliament has lost the persons of the two declared wanted for the affair of the incinerators, Mirel Mertir and Klodian Zoto.

AGENDA

In support of Order no. 42, dated 18.7.2023 of the Speaker of the Assembly, Mrs. Lindita Nikolla, the agenda is as follows:

1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary sessions of July 6, 13 and 14, 2023. (Article 44, point 2 of the Regulation)
