Avokati i Mediut hedh dyshime/ “Shpërthimi i Gërdecit mund të mos ketë qenë aksident”

Ardian Visha, avokati mbrojtës i ish-ministrit të Brendshëm, Fatmir Mediu, ka folur për mediat pas seancës gjyqësore ku kërkoi të hiqet gjykimi i shkurtuar për dosjen “Gërdeci”.

Visha hodhi dyshime se shpërthimi mund të mos ketë qenë aksident, por zjarrvënie e qëllimshme në fabrikën e demontimit.

“Ne nuk besojmë se shpërthimi ishte aksident. Kemi indicie për zjarrvënie të qëllimshme në fabrikën e demontimit”, u shpreh ai.

Avokati theksoi se ka kërkuar që të merren në pyetje edhe dëshmitarë që nuk janë pyet më parë dhe të bëhet një ekzaminim më i thelluar.

“S’kemi besim që gjykimi i shkurtuar do të prodhojë drejtësi në aspektin e plotë të fjalës. Ndaj kemi kërkuar që gjykimi të jetë i rregullt dhe procesi të jetë me pyetje dëshmitarësh me kryq ekzaminim të tyre, me pyetje subjektesh që janë bashkëproceduar, me përsëritje të aktit të ekspertimit dhe të gjithë atë që përbën prove”, deklaroi Visha./ CNA.al
