Note/ Don’t weep for the 5th villa!

Yesterday, the media distributed the documents of the request submitted by Erion Isufi, Lulzim Basha?s brother-in-law, on what is claimed to be the permit of the 5th villa that

he seeks to build as Luli Basha?s brother-in-law in the Municipality of Tirana.

It is understood that under the auspices of the Renaissance propaganda or the structures themselves, officials of Erion Veliaj, have taken care that these documents are distributed as much as possible in the media, including CNA.al, that without being complexed at all, we published them to be part of true transparency.

This is because two days ago Lulzim Basha, denied that his brother-in-law had asked permission for the construction of another villa. However, the citizens, and Democrats in particular, don?t have to cry for the 5th villa of Lulzim Basha, as they see the documents published in many media served by the Municipality of Tirana itself, but also by media investigations.Foto-E kujt është kjo vilë Zoti Basha?!

This doesn?t matter at all. Since whom is Erion Isufi, this has been shown time and time again. He has been accused as a man who bargains and decides on behalf of Lulzim Basha, and this is neither the first nor the last time. Before Democrats believe the existence of the 5th villa, or cry it out in tears, they must remember that a businessman has been attacked.

His name is Agron Papuli, and in the residence built by him, Lulzim Basha lives in two villas. One is owned by Erion Isufi, and the other is rented by the chairman of the Democratic Party. In principle, there is nothing wrong with him living there, as he claims to have a lot of income.

So he is a rich man. And he has not entered politics without money. But the truth is that Agron Papuli has been attacked for many tenders, and there have been endless accusations against him by the DP. Since the day Lulzim Basha ?rented the villa?, and his brother-in-law rented the villa next door, no one says a word.

So the DP has closed its mouth for Agron Papuli, and the tenders he continues to receive, over what he once called the oligarch of the Rama government. We go to the villas in another place, in the Bay of Lalzi, at the residence Vala Mar.

There, not only his brother-in-law, but also his inner circle bought apartments directly through the oligarch contractors or subcontractors. The villas are in the first row of the sea cost, and for them have been made public photos and facts. Renaissance hasn?t taken care to make the latter available to the media.

We go further, to the third fact. There has been a formal report on this issue recently, exactly for the 5th villa, taken to SPAK by Erion Isufi, from where it was revealed that his offices were at the Sheraton. So the offices of ?Landmark?, the company he owns, and on which CNA.al has reporter for so long.

So is what the critics of Lulzim Basha have said, that the latter, through his brother-in-law, betrayed the people of Kukës during their protest on Nation Road. Yes, he betrayed them! Exactly at the time of the protest. Erion Isufi and his company, have moved their offices

from Coin to Sheraton, owned by Shefqet Kastrati, the beneficiary of the National Road maintenance concession.

Let?s look at other facts. The critics of Lulzim Basha have articulate dozens of accusations about businesses, investments, money. But CNA.al has shown with facts and documents how a company, which did very little work, and had very little income during the government

of DP, with the coming to power of Renaissance, and the occupation of the post of chairman of the Democratic Party by Lulzim Basha, it increased its turnover almost 20 times.

And today has become one of the most powerful companies in Albania, not only for marketing, but also in the field of IT. Is the ?genius? Erion Isufi so unique? No. It?s his clientele, and the bargains of Lulzim Basha. Because in case the company would follow the trend claimed by the DP leader, it should not be in good condition.

The business is going bankrupt, says Lulzim Basha, and the oligarchs are in government.

And if the business is going bankrupt and has no power because the economy is crushed, then Erion Isufi should have gone bankrupt as a business, but Erion is not getting poorer.

With the income he has, he is turning into an oligarch, and the oligarchs, according to Lulzim Basha, belong to the government. And therefore for these truths, said and repeated hundreds of times, there is no reason for Albanians and Democrats to cry about the 5th villa of Erion Isufi.

But the answer should be given to Lulzim Basha, together with Edi Rama who is his partner, and who today supports the opposition leader in bargaining to increase the villas and money of the companies of Lulzim Basha’s relatives. This is the Rama-Basha duo.

It doesn?t matter if tomorrow one sleeps in a villa in Surrel and the other in Farka. They are together, they work together, they share the wealth together, they use the taxes of the Albanians together.

Of course, Lulzim Basha gets his share in any case, and very soon he can get the 5th, 6th, or 7th villa. Fact is fact.
