Exclusive documents/ Ben Blushi is criminally charged for the house in Dardha

Former politician Ben Blushi, his wife Eva Blushi, and the former director of the Cadastre in Korça, Nada Bandilli, have been charged for gaining a property and construction made in the village of Dardha, and a property bought by Blushi several years ago.

The lawsuit was filed after Ben Blushi registered recently a house bought in Dardha, along with 2.000 square meters of land. The lawsuit object against the former director Nada Bandilli was for abuse of office, for which CNA.al yesterday revealed why she was fired. Because of this illegal registration of Ben Blushi?s property, or other issues.

The purchase of the property and its registration, together with an area of 2.000 square meters has brought clashes with his neighbors, which were denounced by CNA.al several months ago. Today we are publishing the lawsuit made against Ben Blushi, Eva Blushi and the Cadastre of Korça, for the registration of this property.

CNA.al has provided the lawsuit prepared by the lawyer Esmerald Xhafa, addressed to the Korça Prosecutor?s Office. The complainant is the citizen Marjeta Plasa, while the defendants are the State Cadastre Agency, the Local Directorate of Korça, Eva Blushi and Ben Blushi. The object of the lawsuit is ?Abuse of the duty? and ?Illegal construction?.

Among other things, the lawsuit states that ?The plaintiff together with the defendants, Ben Blushi and Eva Blushi, are neighbors in the village of Dardha, and recently found out that citizens Ben Blushi and Eva Blushi have bought a house, where in addition to the surface of this apartment, they have acquired another area of land, which has been an area that to the plaintiff?s knowledge has been free and owner less.

According to the contracts, it turns out that the Blushi couple had acquired a house which they hadn?t yet registered, and that the citizen Marjeta Plasa was informed only at the moment when the citizen Ben Blushi started building there.

Blushi?s couple has asked her to sell them her house, but this Marjeta Plasa hasn?t accepted, and for this reason, they are often conflicted and even threatened to put her in jail, in order to take the Mouse?. Furthermore, the lawsuit states that the conflict has escalated to the point of physical clashes.

But, after not finding a solution and Blushi?s reactions to physical clashes, as stated in the denunciation, his neighbors have sued him in the prosecutor?s office for illegal construction, but the Cadastre has also been reported for the registration of this property.

From the lawsuits it is claimed that it is a property, a state land, which was taken by Ben Blushi and was unjustly benefited. ?We have reasonable suspicion, that the final decision no.11, dated 12.06.2019 is in complete contradiction with the legal provisions, was taken in violation of the law, and there was a complete violation of the law by the Director of Cadastre of Korça Mrs.Nada Bandilli, and the whole chain of specialists who have never ever gone to the village of Dardha to see the factual situation, nor have they carried out any verification or measurement in the field, and at no point were there any announcements regarding this issue?- is pointed out in the lawsuit addressed to the Prosecution.

According to the lawsuit, this is the second case in a short time that Ben Blushi is criminally charged for illegal property gain. We recall here that a few weeks ago, his daughter Natali Blushi and notary Violeta Sulkaj were criminally charged, for a sale-purchase contract, which is worth almost 500 million Lek, but declared for only 30.000 euros.

On the other hand, CNA.al has learned that there will be a criminal report in SPAK also for Artan Lame and the Cadastre of Vlora, regarding the property of 6.000 square meters, registered in the name of Ben Blushi in Dhërmi.

Apparently the former head of LIBRA, and the former socialist MP, after going to the head of Top Channel, has begun to become a professional in the robbery of state property, with strong clashes with residents or property owners, as has happened with the property registered in Dardha, or for the 6.000 square meter plot in Dhërmi, and so on.

On the other hand, CNA.al has learned that Blushi has several dozen other cases in court. Criminal charges and others, related to ownership and the problems he has encountered recently, after taking over the management of Top Channel television, using the latter as his weapon in support for illegal appropriation of property./CNA.al
