Exclusive/Ministry of Justice launches investigation on Ben Blushi’s notary

The Ministry of Justice has already started the administrative investigation against the notary Violeta Sulkaj, which is connected with the scandal denounced by CNA.al a few weeks ago, for a forged sale-purchase contract.

The scandal is about the contract of a property in Korça, signed by the seller Andon Dhima and the buyer Natali Blushi, the daughter of the former socialist MP and former head of LIBRA, Ben Blushi.

CNA.al showed with official and exclusive documents that Natali Blushi?s signature was forged, as at that time she was not in Albania. And this was also confirmed by the data of the TIMS system.

Official sources from the Ministry of Justice told CNA.al that the administrative investigation against the notary Violeta Sulkaj has started, and as the law provides the full verification of the denunciation made by CNA.al regarding the notary will be done, and then they will be followed all legal steps.

This is one of those cases where the reaction of Minister Gjonaj is to be appreciated, who with the return to duty after the holidays, has started the administrative investigation to verify the case in question.

We remind here that based on the law on Notary, the Ministry of Justice should set up a commission to investigate the notary, who committed a criminal offense years ago, and it is up to this commission to decide the fate of its license.

The counterfeiting of Natali Blushi?s signature

Investigation CNA.al found that in the presence of the notary Violeta Sulkaj on 28 and 29 May 2015 were drawn up and signed two contracts on behalf of Natali Blushi, while the latter was in London, then only 20 years old.

It is about a scandal with the purchase of a property with a market value of 500 million Lek in the center of Korça, in the name of Ben Blushi?is daughter, written in the contract of sale only 30.000 euros.

According to official data that we have obtained from TIMS, then from the entrance and exit from Albania, Natali Blushi has not been in Albania during the sale-purchase contract between the citizen Andon Dhima and the citizen Natali Blushi.

Meanwhile, CNA.al revealed that the citizen Natali Blushi left Albania on April 5, 2015, with the airline ?Al Italia? to Rome. This is the move that Ms.Natali Blushi made to Italy in April, and her second departure was on July 24, 2015.

So, Natali Blushi left Albania on April 5, 2015, towards Rome from the Airport of Rinas, and according to the data of the TIMS system, the lady has returned to Albania, with the British Airways plane airline, from London on 19.06.2015, at 21:14 minutes.

So, according to the data provided by TIMS, it turns out that he entered Albania on June 19, after he had previously left on April 5. So more than two months ago. Another detail that corresponds, is the fact that Ben Blushi himself in his declaration of wealth, said that his daughter, Natali Blushi, studies in London, which corresponds to the data of flights, entrances and exits that she had in Albania, mainly from Rinas, through Italy, but also directly from London. The fact is fact, Natali Blushi?s signature was forged in the office of notary Violeta Sulkaj. It is up to the responsible institutions to investigate who falsified it./ CNA.al.
