Etilda Gjonaj in front of the facts/ Why she remains silent about the forged signature in Ben Blushi’s property?

The Ministry of Justice is facing evidence on the forgery of the signature of Ben Blush’s daughter in 2015, in the office of notary Violeta Sulkaj. CNA.al investigation has revealed that in the presence of notary Violeta Sulkaj on 28 and 29 May 2015, 2 contracts were drafted and signed, in the name of Natali Blushi, while the latter was in London, then only 20 years old.

It is about a scandal with the purchase of a property with a market value of 500 million Lek in the center of Korça, in the name of Ben Blushi?s daughter, written in the contract of sale only 30.000 euros. CNA.al has referred this scandal to the department of Etilda Gjonaj, as well as called for the minister to react publicly, but the issue has been ignored.

Based on the law on Notary, the Ministry of Justice should set up a commission to investigate the notary, who committed a criminal offense years ago, and it is up to this commission to decide the fate of its license.

One step ahead Gjonaj was the Chamber of Notaries, whose chairwoman told CNA.al that the issue will be referred to the Disciplinary Chamber, but it will probably take time, as the board of this Chamber is not filled with members.

Mayor Mimoza Sadushi stated that such contracts cannot be signed without the presence of all persons. So she stressed that the parties must be at the notary at the time of signing. The forged signature is an indisputable fact, because at the dates of signing the contract, Natali Blushi was abroad, and this was proven by tracking in the TIMS system.

Now, the Minister of Justice and her subordinate bodies must come out and explain the steps they will take regarding the scandal of the notary, Violeta Sulkaj. As for the rest, about who imposed the transaction in this form, Ben Blushi, notary or Beni?s wife; the minister can be restrained, as this belongs to the Prosecution, which has the evidence; TIMS system and the act of sale-purchase.

Is the minister familiar with the scandal? The denunciation made to CNA.al with the falsification of Natali Blushi?s signature, was followed by the resignation of her mother, Eva Blushi from the position of notary.

Eva Blushi, member of the Notary office in Tirana has given up the practice of the profession of notary, and has informed the Minister about this through a letter, which has inevitably made the Minister aware of the scandal of the year 2015, where the notary Sulkaj was included, but also CNA.al has communicated with the press office.

In the letter sent to the Minister Etilda Gjonaj and to the chairwomen of the Notary Chamber, Mimoza Sadushi, Eva Blushi emphasized that she withdraws from practicing the profession of notary, explaining that in some online media, have been made continuously publications and statements, which it will take time to be legally proven./CNA.al
