The two documents that connect the owners of the incinerators with Vjollca Hoxha and Ben Blushi

The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has launched an investigation on incinerator concessions in Albania. SPAK said that it is investigating all three concessions, ie starting from Elbasan 22 million euros, Fier 28 million euros and 128 million euros in Tirana. So, a concession that goes at least 178 million euros.

But where do incinerator owners relate to Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha? We recall that a few months ago, CNA.al showed exclusive documents that the two shareholders of companies that have received the concession Incinerators, Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mertiri are co-partners with Ben Blushi, but their trade relations are with his wife Eva Blushi.

Today we are bringing back the exclusive documents, which show that Eva Blushi is a partner, with 33 percent of the shares, with Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, in a company founded in Bulgaria.

So these two people Mirel Mertiri and Klodian Zoto, along with Eva Blushi, wife of Ben Blushi, built a company in Bulgaria ?Em Capital Group Ad?, where Eva Blushi enjoys 33 per cent of the shares. Then this company comes to Albania and buys 51 per cent of the shares of ?Valtelina Kafe?, which bears the trade name ?Lori Kafe?, and which ?coincidentally? has the same owners as Top Channel.

So, the owners of the incinerators receive money from the taxes of the Albanians, and go and build companies in Bulgaria with Ben Blushi?s wife. And what happened next? This company comes to Albania and buys ?Valtelina Cafe?. The scheme is very clear.

The money from the government goes to the incinerators, then they build a company in Bulgaria, which comes to Albania and buys Lori Cafe, which is owned by Vjollca Hoxha, with 49 per cent of the shares.

So, today Vjollca Hoxha is a partner with Ben Blushi at ?Lori Kafe?, and with the owners of the incinerators, who receive money from the government for the concession of incinerators, and with this money they buy 51 per cent of Lori Kafe.

The scandal has been published, and this is another document to be investigated by SPAK. Why was the company built in Bulgaria? What was the reason why it was built there and then came in Albania and bought ?Lori Kafe?? Did Eva Blushi pay 700.000 dollars, since being a shareholder with 33 per cent she had to pay a sum for the purchase of ?Lori Kafe?, which cost 2.2 million dollars.

The fact is that there is the act of selling and buying ?Lori Kafe?, the company in Bulgaria, Eva Blushi and the partnership with Vjollca Hoxha. SPAK is facing the fact to uncover the truth. Where was the money found? How was bought ?Lori Kafe?, and what is hidden behind this $2.2 million transaction?/CNA.al
