The High Inspectorate of Justice receives complaints about judges and prosecutors.

Vetting seems to have not properly cleaned the justice system and why are hundreds of judges and prosecutors dismissed.

There are those in the system who do not take Vetting into account or belong to the "take what you can" group, as Prime Minister Edi Rama says.

In the ILD, according to the daily reports of this institution, 71 magistrates are under investigation.

In total, there are 4,837 confirmed complaints, 2,248 handled complaints and 2,589 complaints in the treatment process.

Ndërkohë që ILD ka në duar 159 ankesa në proes verifikimi pas trajtimit fillestar dhe 23 kërkesa për procedim disiplinor.

Në raportin e paraqitur në Kuvend nga kreu i ILD ßsë, Artur Metani, përgjatë muajit korrik të këtij viti, thuhet se shkeljet disiplinore për të cilat, Inspektori i Lartë i Drejtësisë ka nisur hetimin disiplinor, renditen në shkelje disiplinore gjatë dhe jashtë ushtrimit të funksionit si dhe shkelje disiplinore për shkak të kryerjes së veprës penale me vendim të formës së prerë, që sipas natyrës së tyre, diskreditojnë pozitën dhe figurën e magjistratit ose dëmtojnë rëndë besimin e publikut në sistemin gjyqësor ose të prokurorisë, bazuar në faktet dhe rrethanat e pranuara nga gjykata.

Masat disiplinore të propozuara kanë qenë nga vërejtje deri në shkarkim nga detyra.
