This humanoid robot produced by Engineered Arts is an artist with artificial intelligence, a human face and robotic arms. Developed in 2019 "Ai-Da" is the world's first robotic art system. With the help of algorithms the robot "Ai-Da" produces various works of art such as drawings, paintings and sculptures.

The original and the 'forgery'

It's a strange sight when Japanese robot creator Hiroshi Ishiguro stands next to his Geminioid robot, which looks like his twin brother.

Ishiguro is considered the star of Japanese robotics research and has also built an android clone of Japan's digital transformation minister, Taro Kono. Ishiguro's robot "twin brother" is currently giving a US lecture tour without its maker.
