Lecce has started work on contract renewals.

The midfielder of the Albanian national team, Medon Berisha, will be part of the Lecce team until June 30, 2028.

The Italian club officially announced the renewal of the contract with the 20-year-old Albanian.  

"Lecce announces that it has extended the contract with footballer Medon Berisha until June 30, 2028", - it is written in Lecce's announcement.

Medon Berisha was part of Lecce's academy and managed to convince and join the first team

This season in the Italian championship, the "red" player has participated in 3 matches, while in the last weeks he suffered due to an injury.

The 20-year-old was one of coach Sylvinho's surprises at Euro 2024, with the midfielder who was part of the National Team at the European Championship./CNA
