Delays in the match with Elbasan, the Disciplinary Committee punishes Tirana

The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Federation has published the punishments for the events that occurred in the last week of the second phase in the Superiore.

The Tirana club has been fined 500,000 lek for repeated delays during the match against Elbasan. Also, the club's official, Eranjo Isai, has been suspended for four matches for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials.

The Elbasan, Vllaznia and Teuta teams have each been fined 50,000 lek due to the use of pyrotechnics by their fans.

Regarding the Partizan club, official Realf Zhivanaj has received a two-match suspension due to protests against referee decisions.

DECISIONS:

1. AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on Article 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
2. KF Tirana, for failure to comply with obligations and responsibilities and activity regulations by repeatedly causing delays during the match, based on Article 8/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) lekë.
3. KF Tirana official, Eranjo Isai, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the KDE is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activity.
4. KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators, by lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.
5. KF Teuta, for improper behavior of spectators, by lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.

6. FK Partizani official, Realf Zhivanaj, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of ??the KDE, is sentenced to 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
7. FK Apolonia U-19, for activating a player who was not entitled to play in the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore U-19 championship, against KF Laçi U-19, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the result 3-0.
8. FK Apolonia U-19 official, Santiliano Dule, for activating a player who was not entitled to play, based on article 19/4/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) months suspension from activities.
9. TR 19 Academy U-16, for activating a player who was not eligible to play in the valid match of the First Category U-16, against KF Shkodra U-16, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the result 3-0.
10. TR 19 Academy U-16 official, Arian Sheta, for activating a player who was not eligible to play, based on article 19/4/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) months suspension from activity.
11. Luminesen player, Fatjon Koçi, for attacking match officials, based on article 14/1/l of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) months suspension from activities.
12. Luminesen player, Eldi Gjuzi, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE is punished with 6 (six) match suspension from activity.
13. Luminesen player, Bledjan Halili, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE is punished with 6 (six) match suspension from activity.
14. AF Lissus B, U-9, Lezhë Regional Zone, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that, in case of repeated violation of the activity regulations, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
15. AF Lissus A, U-9, Lezhë Regional Zone, pursuant to Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that, in the event of a repeat violation of the activity regulation, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
16. Mirdita R-IBGR, U-13, Lezhë Regional Zone, pursuant to Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that, in the event of a repeat violation of the activity regulation, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
17. KF Sënkolli RR, U-13, Lezhë Regional Zone, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that, in the event of a repeat violation of the activity regulations, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
18. Kukësi G, U-11, Zona Rajonale Lezhë,  në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së shkeljes së rregullores të aktivitetit, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.
19. AF Lissus C, U-11, Zona Rajonale Lezhë,  në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së shkeljes së rregullores të aktivitetit, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.
20. FK Shënkolli SH, U-11, Zona Rajonale Lezhë,  në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së shkeljes së rregullores të aktivitetit, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.
21. Kukësi A, U-15, Zona Rajonale Lezhë,  në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së shkeljes së rregullores të aktivitetit, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.
22. Kukësi G, U-15, Zona Rajonale Lezhë,  në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së shkeljes së rregullores të aktivitetit, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.
23. Pranimin e kërkesës së lojtarit të KF Skënderbeu U-19, Charles Oppong, pezullimin e pjesës së mbetur të dënimit. Periudha e pezullimit me kusht, në zbatim të nenit 34/1 të KDE, do të jetë 6 (gjashtë) muaj.
24. Rrëzimin e kërkesës së lojtarit të KF Butrinti, Enkelajdo Kamberaj, si të pabazuar në Kodin e Disiplinës dhe Etikës.
25. Rrëzimin e kërkesës së lojtarit të KF Iliria, Brajan Selmani, si të pabazuar në Kodin e Disiplinës dhe Etikës.
26. Rrëzimin e kërkesës së KF Iliria, në lidhje me Vendimin Nr 15 data 05.12.2025, pika 3, si të pabazuar në Kodin e Disiplinës dhe Etikës.
27. Rrëzimin e kërkesës së AF Elbasani, si të pabazuar në Kodin e Disiplinës dhe Etikës.

Kundër vendimit lejohet ankim brenda 3 (tre) ditëve përpara Komisionit të Apelit.
