Moncada: I will show you Milan's plan for the future

Geoffrey Moncada, manager of the market at the Milan club, has spoken about the present and the future, clearly defining the strategies of the Rossoneri.

"We want to create a group with quality players, but it is a project that will take 3-4 years. Everyone wants to win immediately, including us. But it takes a plan to do things well and have a strong team every year. We have changed many players. Next year we will add two or three elements to the group, but we already have a base", said the manager of Milan.

Furthermore, Moncada also showed the strategies of the Reds and Blacks to target new players: "Today there is a lot of competition in the market, many clubs work well in this aspect. We try to get data and statistics and then we go and see the player in the match. At least in four challenges, two at home and two away. Then we get other information, from the mentality to the family".

A comment about the current season and the moment that Pioli's team is going through could not be missed: "The season is very long, we must be calm and continue to work.
