Kosovo challenges Slovakia, aiming for the World Cup

This Thursday evening, Kosovo faces Slovakia in Bratislava in the play-off phase for World Cup qualification.

This match is considered an important moment for the "Dardans" in their journey. Kosovo comes after a positive campaign in the group with Switzerland, Slovenia and Sweden, ranking second with 11 points.

Slovakia also finished its group in second place, ahead of Germany, Northern Ireland and Luxembourg.

The Dardanian team traveled to Bratislava without Amir Rrahmani and Leon Avdullah. Despite this, the goal remains to qualify for the final phase of the play-offs.

If they beat Slovakia, Kosovo will play the decisive match in Pristina. The opponent in the final will be the winner of the Turkey-Romania match.
