Fulvio Pea leaves the Albanian Football Association (AFSH) after his contract

Fulvio Pea has confirmed the end of his cooperation with the Albanian Football Federation, where he was Technical Director for three years. Through a public message, the Italian technician announced that he has decided not to renew his contract after a three-year period at the head of the technical sector of Albanian football.

Pea described this decision as well-thought-out, emphasizing the professional growth and challenges experienced during this time.

In his farewell message, the former technical director had high praise for the president of the Albanian Football Association, Armand Duka, whom he considered a "Maestro" and an important guide on his journey.

POSTING:

After three intense and deeply meaningful years, my journey as Technical Director at the Albanian Football Federation has come to an end.

Not continuing with the renewal was a well-considered decision, but one that I carry with me very consciously. These have been challenging, sometimes complex, but extremely formative years, which have allowed me to grow not only as a professional, but also as a person.

I would like to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks to President A. Duka, who for me represented much more than an institutional guide: a true Maestro. His faith, his vision, his teachings and his example have had a profound impact on my journey and will remain an important reference for my future.

I thank the Federation for the opportunity and all the people with whom I have shared this journey.
