History always tends to repeat itself. The Milan football club saw the light of day on March 9, 1908, in the 'Orologio' ('Clock') restaurant, in Piazza del Duomo, at 11:30 p.m. 

115 years and four days later, Milan has presented its international eleven, like never before. Stefano Pioli started the match against Salernitanas (1-1) with a formation in which there was no Italian player. This is the first time it has happened in the entire history of the 'reds' in Serie A.

Pioli's formation confirms Roberto Mancini's recent criticism. "We need young people in the adult teams. Practically no one plays in the attack anymore. If we continue like this, we will have to take out players from Serie C or look for local players", - stated the coach of the Azzurri, who has raised his voice for such a phenomenon, where the Serie A teams are missing young Italian footballers.
