Discipline does not forgive and punishes the captain of Kastriot, the club of Superiore and the coach of Burrell suffer

Another week closes in Albanian football where surprise results and special episodes were not missing this time in all categories.

The Commission of Discipline and Ethics in the AFL issued the decisions for the last week, where the punishment of the captain of Kastriot, Abaz Karakaçi, with two matches after protests against the referee in the match with Teuta stands out.

Decisions of the Discipline and Ethics Commission of the ALF dated 13.03.2023

1. The player of KS Kastrioti, Abaz Karakaci, for protesting against the decisions of the match official, based on article 55/2 of the KDS, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.

2. KS Kastrioti, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve duke hedhur sende në terrenin sportiv, në bazë të nenit 65/2 dhe 65/3/c të KDS, dënohet me gjobë në masën 50.000 (pesëdhjetë mijë) lekë.

3. Zyrtari i KF Burreli, Klevis Gjoka, për protestë ndaj vendimeve të zyrtarit të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 55/2 të KDS, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

4. Zyrtari i KF Burreli, Dorjan Bubeqi, për protestë ndaj vendimeve të zyrtarit të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 55/2 të KDS, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

5. Lojtari i KF Sopoti, Erando Seferi, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 48/1/a të KDS, dënohet me 8 (tetë) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

6. Lojtari i KF Sopoti, Endri Goçi, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 48/1/a të KDS, dënohet me 8 (tetë) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

7. KF Sopoti, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve duke hedhur sende në terrenin sportiv, në bazë të nenit 65/2 dhe 65/3/c të KDS, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë. Në zbatim të nenit 116/1/ të KDS, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 20%.

8. Lojtari i KF Naftëtari, Andreiono Cerriku, për sjellje josportive ndaj kundërshtarit, në bazë të nenit 47/1/d të KDS, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

9. Lojtari i Valbona FK, Xhynejt Cutra, për sjellje josportive ndaj kundërshtarit, në bazë të nenit 47/1/d të KDS, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

10. Zyrtari i Valbona FK, Gazmend Fuçia, për protestë ndaj të zyrtarit të ndeshjes, në bashkim të nenit 32 dhe 48/2/a të KDS, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

11. KF Naftëtari, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve duke hedhur sende në terrenin sportiv, në bazë të nenit 65/1 dhe 65/3/c të KDS, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë. Në zbatim të nenit 116/1/ të KDS, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 20%.

12. Zyrtari i KF Devolli, Armir Lukna, për protestë ndaj vendimeve të zyrtarit të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 55/2 të KDS, dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

13. Lojtari i FK Memaliaj, Djonis Ajdini, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 48/1/a të KDS, dënohet me 8 (tetë) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

14. FK Memaliaj, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing objects on the sports field, based on article 65/1 and 65/3/c of ??the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. Pursuant to Article 116/1/ of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
