Haaland shines with a double, Norway starts with "poker"

The Norwegian national team has secured its first three points at the World Cup, after defeating Iraq with a clean score of 4-1 in the second match of the first round for Group I.

The match was put on the right track in the first half thanks to Erling Haaland, who scored two goals to give his team the advantage.

The second half of the game was managed more calmly by the Europeans, who also found the third goal in the 76th minute through a precise header by defender Leo Ostigard.

In the extra minutes of the match, precisely in the 97th, Kristian Thorstvedt scored the fourth goal to seal the Norwegians' triumph.

After this victory, Norway is positioned alongside France with 3 points at the top of the standings, before measuring forces with Senegal in the next challenge.
