Crazy second half! France triumphs over Senegal, a spectacle with four goals

The French national team has made a successful start to the 2026 World Cup, after defeating Senegal 3-1 in the match valid for Group I.

The challenge presented two different game scenarios, with the first half being better controlled by the Africans, who took risks with Jackson hitting the post and Sarr making a mistake in front of goal.

In the second half, the team led by Didier Deschamps took total control of the game and opened the scoring in the 66th minute through Kylian Mbappe, served by Michael Olise.

The French side's lead was doubled in the 82nd minute by substitute Bradley Barcola, following an assist from Adrien Rabiot.

Although Senegal temporarily narrowed the gap in the 94th minute through Mbaye, Mbappe sealed the Roosters' first victory with a powerful strike from distance just moments later.
