Këtë e ka bërë të ditur Ministri i Brendshëm, Taulant Balla i cili ka inspektuar këtë të dielë masat që janë ndërmarrë nga policia për të përballuar me efikasitet fluksin e qarkullimit
Balla sqaroi se tuneli monitorohet 24/7 nga njësia e lëvizshme e TNT, përbërë nga policia, zjarrfikësja dhe urgjenca dhe i bëri apel apel drejtuesve të mjeteve që të kufizojnë detyrimisht shpejtësinë dhe të zbatojnë urdhrat e udhëzimet përkatëse.
"Duhet të qëndrojë e stacionuar këtu një makinë zjarrfikëse, pasi Tuneli është i gjatë, krijohen incidente rrugore. Po ashtu duhet të kemi një mjet të Trupës së Ndërhyrjes Teknike (TNT), e cila mbulon zonën e bregut", u komunikoi Balla, autoriteteve vendore.
Së bashku me Autoritetin Rrugor Shqiptar, Policia Rrugore do të vendosë gjithashtu radarë të shpejtësisë dhe sinjalistikë vertikale për të siguruar që çdo shkelës i rregullave të qarkullimit të ndëshkohet, e parandaluar kështu ngjarje me pasoja në këtë vepër të rëndësishme infrastrukturore./CNA
