For more than two hours, about 100 families of the Al-mak building on Muzaket Street have been without electricity, even though there is no natural phenomenon of any kind. The reason for this darkness on a Sunday holiday remains a mystery, as no one from the OSHEE customer service (the company responsible for repairing breakdowns in such cases) has provided any explanations, and in the most offensive way, they have not answered the phone to the annoying callers.

Although the calls from residents hit by the darkness to the numbers 04 450 5270 and 04 450 5269 have not stopped, the only words uttered by the computer voice are "FOR SECURITY REASONS, THIS CONVERSATION WILL BE RECORDED" and "THE NUMBER YOU HAVE CALLED IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT, PLEASE CALL LATER" or "YOU ARE THE SECOND ON THE LINE, PLEASE WAIT", these refrains that continued and continue even though more than two hours have passed.

And, while the OSHEE company's breakdown service employees continue to "play the "deaf" or the deceiver, more than 100 families of building 28 (Al-mak) continue to remain in the dark with weekend work left unfinished and above all without being informed about when the power will be restored by OSHEE, which apparently gives more importance to its own pleasure than the concerns of energy payers. /CNA
