KKTU approves several permits for towers, hotels, roads and the plan for

The National Council for Territory and Water met again on February 19 to approve a long list of permits, almost three weeks after the last meeting. Among the decisions, several buildings with several dozen floors, located mainly in Tirana, but there is no shortage of such buildings in Durrës, Vlorë or Lezha, stand out.

Specifically, KKTU approved the development permit for a multifunctional building with 1, 5-8, 6-9, 26 & 31 floors above ground located on “29 Nëntori” Street to be developed by “Concord Investment” sh.pk

Likewise, the construction permit has been approved for a multifunctional, residential and services complex with 4-28 floors above ground, located in Kashar, Tirana Municipality, with the developer company "Tirana West Center" sh.pk.

On "Dritan Hoxha" street, the construction permit has been approved for the facility: "Wind Tower", a residential and services complex, with 22 floors above ground, with the developer company "Kastrati Energy" sh.pk

Meanwhile, in Vlora, a Development Permit has been granted for the facility: "Vlora Altura", a multifunctional facility with service, hotel and residential functions with 2-34-36 floors above ground, located on "Garvil Dara" Street, Vlora Municipality, with the developer company "Leon 2011" sh.pk

In Durrës, there is another permit for the facility: "Durrësi Tower", while the resurgence of multi-story buildings has already arrived in Lezha, where a permit has been approved for a 25-story building by "Ilyonis Constructions".

In addition to these multi-storey buildings, the KKTU has approved several permits for accommodation structures mainly in the South of the country, while some infrastructure-related permits are also noteworthy. The KKT also approved the Detailed Central Plan for Durrana Tech Park.
