Manastirliu in Zall-Bastar/ 40 health centers are being rehabilitated this year,

Another new health center has been rehabilitated in the district of Tirana. The Minister of Health and Social Protection, Ogerta Manastirliu, together with the deputy Xhemal Qefalia, have had a close look at the new Zall-Bastar Health Center, part of the rehabilitation program of 300 health centers in the country.

“Në 30 vite nuk ishte vënë dorë. Qendra shëndetësore e Zall-Bastarit që i shërben më shumë se 5 mijë banorëve të kësaj zone, tashmë është në kushte bashkëkohore. Ne vijojmë të shtojmë shërbimet në qendrat tona shëndetësore. Kujdesi në banesë është një tjetër paketë e kujdesit shëndetësor shumë e rëndësishme që po përfshihet në qendrat tona. Dhe nga ana tjetër, ne do të vijojmë që të përmirësojmë shërbimet, duke përfshirë dhe shërbimet socio-shëndetësore, duke futur shërbimin psiko-social si pjesë të kujdesit shëndetësor”, tha Manastirliu.

Ministrja e Shëndetësisë dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale u shpreh se ka filluar faza e dytë e programit të rehabilitimit dhe përmirësimit të infrastrukturës së qendrave shëndëtësore, duke shtuar se synohet që brenda katër viteve të finalizohet përmirësimi i të gjithë kujdesit parësor kudo në Shqipëri.

"Starting this year, we enter the second phase of the rehabilitation program, improving the infrastructure of health centers. There are 40 health centers and ambulances, which have already started rehabilitation. The district of Tirana has 6 ambulances, which will be rehabilitated within this program. And we intend that in these four years, we will finalize the rehabilitation and improvement of the infrastructure in all primary care everywhere in Albania, either in urban areas or in rural areas", said Manastirliu.

The Albanian government has completed the first phase of the Rehabilitation Program of Health Centers and Ambulances with 300 rehabilitated and reconstructed health centers. While this program will continue this year with other health centers./ CNA.al
