An infrastructural intervention is being carried out on "Vëllezërit Frashëri" street in Shkodra for the urban redevelopment of the "Vëllezërit Frashëri" apartment block, with funding from the local government.

The investment value reaches 21 million lek, while the works are expected to be completed within June. According to the works technician, Vitor Gaci, the process has advanced significantly and is currently in the paving phase of the sidewalks. He confirms that the intervention is being carried out according to modern standards.

 "The works are progressing normally, we are within the time parameters because the deadline is in June. This project will benefit 3 pairs of buildings, about 2700m2, which are being paved with tiles, then we have the signage and the final works. This entire investment is in the process of closing the works", emphasize the technicians.

Before the intervention, residents faced serious difficulties in moving, passing through mud and sewage to enter their homes. Meanwhile, the need for such interventions is great in other areas of the city of Shkodra./CNA
