The former speaker of the Assembly, Jozefina Topalli, spoke about the process of primaries in the DP that will precede the May 14 elections.

In the studio of the show "Te Paespozuarit", on MCN tv, Topalli assessed that the primaries, as according to her, are an exercise in democracy, but she also expressed doubts whether they will bring out the best candidates from them.

We intend to take municipalities, because we have zero. I wish that the primaries run parallel to this goal.

If you ask me about the institution of the President, I think it should be political. For the mayor, a person with management skills is needed", said Topalli.
