The Dismantling of Duman/ Nasip Naço distances himself from the

Former minister and SP MP Nasip Naço has reacted after the publication of details from the testimony of the repentant justice Nuredin Dumani.

Through a post on social media, Naço has distanced himself from any accusations and fraud.

He stated that, if the allegations are proven, the relevant authorities should take legal measures against any person involved in this matter.

"I have been recognized today by the media where my name is mentioned. I want to emphasize that:

 1. I distance myself from any accusations made public today and call on the justice authorities to conduct a thorough investigation into this case. If the allegations are proven, the relevant authorities should take legal action against any person involved in this matter.

 2. The role of the Minister of Justice, according to the legislation in force, is limited. The Minister:

 - It doesn't investigate,

 - I'm not making any accusations,

 - The issue never stops,

 - It does not render decisions of guilt or innocence.

His duty is only related to granting special permits to convicts, based on the law.

 3. During the exercise of my duties as Minister of Justice, I have not approved any special permit for the subject in question.

 4. I distance myself from any fraud, committed by anyone, individually or in collaboration, to damage my integrity. The public accusations made today do not correspond to the real facts of the exercise of my duty as Minister", writes Naço./ CNA
