Former Speaker of the Parliament and leader of the DP for the Diaspora, Jozefina Topalli, spoke in detail about the pre-election period in Albania in an interview with the media.
Regarding one of the most discussed issues recently, that of the emigrant vote, Topalli considered the Diaspora vote a key factor, which according to her could bring up to 10 mandates, and asked for their commitment to bring about change.
