Murder in Elbasan / Former Minister: Balla and Bardhi are responsible, to hand

Former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani has brought to attention the murder of Pjerin Xhuvani, in Elbasan, on the eve of the elections of April 25, 2021.

In a post on social networks, Manjani writes that the political leaders are the head of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla and MP Gazment Bardhi.

According to Manjani, Balla and Bardhi must hand over the mandates.

" Morality wants Taulant Balla and Gazmend Bardhi to hand over the mandates.

They are both directly responsible for the violent clash in Elbasan.

Collision which ended:

1. Tragically with the loss of a man.

2. Jo më pak tragjikisht me burgosjen e një tjetri që ka fëmijë të vegjël për të rritur.

3. Me detyrimin e një shpurre policësh e prokurorësh për të gënjyer rëndë e shumë rëndë, duke manipuluar provat dhe ngjarjen.

4. Kompromentimin e korrupsionin më të rëndë zgjedhor. Mandat bazuar në gjak!!!

Zgjedhjet nuk mund të jenë përplasje e armatosur, por ngjarje demokracie e paqshme. 

Alfred Moisiu, meqë e përmendin si model këto kohë, thoshte "pushteti as merret e as mbahet me zor".

Qoftë edhe në respekt të kësaj shprehje të urtë, Taulanti e Gazmendi duhet të dorëzojnë mandatet. 

Unë nuk i akuzoj si vrasës, por si organizatorë, nxitës e mbështetës të akteve të dhunës. Si korruptues të procesit demokratik të zgjedhjeve.
