Prime Minister Edi Rama has not spared the jokes in the message he gave a few minutes ago to the graduates of the gymnasium "Sami Frashëri", who have the graduation ceremony.

Rama has made a parenthesis of irony, as he stated that he is the only one who has neither a doctorate nor a master.

During his speech, the head of government stressed that he has only one degree in painting.
