One of the names that was rumored in the ranks of politics for the post of President, before the election of Bajram Begaj, was the former Minister of the Democratic Party, Majlinda Bregu.

Regarding this proposal, Bregu himself was asked tonight, who said on the show "Top Story" that he would not accept to be appointed to such a post.

She thanked the socialist colleagues who proposed her, but stressed that she would not want to become President.
