The Secretary of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), Majlinda Bregu, has raised concerns about the phenomenon of Albanians leaving the country.

Invited to Top Story, Bregu stressed that there is a risk that our countries will be emptied. The pandemic, unemployment and the war in Ukraine are some of the factors that are forcing people to find a solution on their own in their own countries.

" Europe is joining us, and this may be another danger, our countries may be emptied. During the pandemic, those who have a profession like doctors left. We can be, more immigrants than citizens. That even the trend of unemployment, pandemics, and war in Ukraine all force people to find solutions that they have found in their own country.

There is a decline in births. Tomorrow we may be less than today. More than 64% of young people want to leave.

"If we had politicians like those who once created the EU, and kept alive those who are divided, Europe is not a stronger continent like the United Europe", said Bregu./ CNA.al
