Arrest of two officials and suspension of police officers / Reagon Alibeaj

MP Enkelejd Alibeaj, has reacted after the arrest of two police officers and the suspension of six other officers, in connection with the murder of Pjerin Xhuvani.

Through a post on social networks, Alibeaj has asked the Prosecution for a more thorough investigation to find out all those who were involved in the April 21 event.

" On behalf of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party, I welcome the decision of the prosecution body to proceed with the leadership dome of the Elbasan Police regarding the serious event that occurred on April 21, 2021.

The arrest of the dome of the State Police in Elbasan for the event that took place in Elbasan a few days before the April 25 elections, demonstrates once again the involvement of the state and the state police in a criminal act, the kneeling of the Police in front of gangs with political protection.

It has already been proven several times how Elbasan was controlled by the gangs and that the police was their collaborator. Not only that, but investigations have shown that Socialist Party representatives have been engaged in vote buying and voter intimacy. All this with the help of the Police or under its nose.

The full clarification of the issue and its causes serves the public interest and the administration of justice. The inaction of the State Police against criminal groups that committed electoral crimes has had and still has a political background.
