"Veliaj does not implement the regulation"/ Kelliçi: It is paving the way for new towers

The political leader of the PD for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, commented on the tensions at the Municipal Council meeting this afternoon.

During an interview in Klan Neës, Kelliçi said that Veliaj has broken the regulation by not allowing the members of the Municipal Council to ask questions and intervene when they consider it right.

Kelliçi stated that at the meeting of the Municipal Council, the decisions were voted to pave the way for other towers in the capital on the sports grounds.

"The regulations of the Municipal Council have not been implemented, every member has the right to intervene and ask questions.

Veliaj has broken the regulation. There were arguments and clashes. The meeting went directly to voting and all decisions were passed immediately. The way will be opened for the construction of new towers on sports grounds", said Kelliçi./ CNA
