The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, called on Prime Minister Edi Rama to create a technical government this Tuesday.

Berisha warned that if the technical government is not created, in the coming weeks civil disobedience will dismantle the government.

He stated that technical government is the best, most democratic and most civilized way to guarantee free elections.

"From last night, the Albanians proved to be brave and heroes. And this is only thanks to you because you showed last night that there is no more peace with theft.

Last night you showed that there is no more peace with humiliation. Last night you showed that there is no more peace with organized crime. Last night you showed that the fire of the revolt has started to burn the territories of the narco-state. Last night you proved that there is no peace in Cyprus without a free vote.

Therefore for your action last night, the most boundless gratitude. Because you reawakened Albanian pride yesterday.
