The member of the Democratic Party, Josefina Topalli, has spoken about the issue of recognition of Sali Berisha as the leader of the Democratic Party by the Speaker of the Assembly.

" It is shameful, the speaker of the Assembly gives the head of the Democratic Party only two minutes to speak. Who is it to determine who is the leader of the opposition force. Is the lady? What should determine more than a full stadium, more than the primaries to prove who is the leader of the opposition.
