The rift in the DP of the seal deepens/ Bardhi's request is revealed

The split in the DP of the seal is deepening. The head of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party of Vula, Gazment Bardhi, did not wait until tomorrow and requested that the Presidency of the Democratic Party meet today.

Bardhi has asked the Presidency to convene the National Council to elect the new head of the DP of the stamp in accordance with the statute.

1. The presidency violated the statute with the decision to give the heads of branches and the working group the right to record or update the membership. According to the statute, only the Branch Secretary, the Head of the Branch and the General Secretary have this right.

2. The removal of the right to vote, as stated in the presidency's decision, is not the competence of the head of the branch, the working group or the Electoral Commission. The decision removes this exclusive right defined in the statute of the head of the branch. The branch register is updated according to rules approved only by the General Secretary.

3. The Electoral Commission functions only after approval by the National Council. Without the commission being approved by the National Council, the election process cannot begin.
