The Presidency of the DP of the seal will meet the next day. The meeting is expected to start at 17:00, where the election of the new chairman of this party is expected to be discussed.

Tensions and debates have accompanied the last meeting where the militants of Lulzim Basha have threatened and attempted to physically assault the deputies and journalists present who were reporting the event.

On the other hand, the head of the DP group of vula, Gazment Bardhi, has expressed in a statement in the media that if the statute is not respected, he will go to court.

It seems that a new war has started between the species, after the one for the seal.

Notice for the meeting of the Presidency of the Democratic Party

Dear Members of the Presidency. In support and implementation of article 45, point 4, first sentence, of the Statute of the Democratic Party of Albania, at the request of 1/5 (one fifth) of the members of the Presidency of the Party, we announce the meeting of the Presidency with the following agenda :

1- Approving working groups for the supervision of the process of recording membership lists in PDSh Branches;

2- Approval of the internal regulation "On the modalities of the election process for the Chairman of the Democratic Party";

3- Filling vacancies and appointing members of the Electoral Commission;

The meeting of the Presidency will take place on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 17:00 in the Meeting Hall of the Democratic Party Headquarters on Donika Kastrioti Street, Tirana.
