"Completely synchronized with the EC"/ Manja: All vacancies in the

Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, invited to the show "Opinion" spoke about the justice system. Manja said that he does not agree that justice is like in Africa.

The minister also focused on the vacancies in the judiciary, which he said will be filled by the end of 2016, while he said that new measures to increase efficiency will soon be in Parliament.

Manja also said that there will be no review of laws without the presence of the new judiciary.

" The new justice is not just SPAK, but I don't agree that justice is like in Africa. We are completely monitored and synchronized with the EC."

It is up to the new bodies themselves to tell us what is wrong with the justice reform. There are problems in European justice too. The vetting process removed 57.2% of judges and prosecutors.

By the end of 2026, all vacancies in the judiciary will be filled. We will soon have legal measures to increase efficiency in Parliament. Do not expect an answer from the Minister of Justice about the number of detainees, the courts are independent. The system is built in such a way that the Appeal and the Supreme Court control the hierarchy.

The ratio of pre-trial detainees is several times higher than the EU average. There will be no review of the justice reform laws and codes without the new justice on the table ," said Manja./ CNA
