"Return to parliamentarianism"/ Noka: When the MP is silent, the citizens he represents are silent

The Secretary General of the Democratic Party of Albania, Flamur Noka, stated today that without an active opposition, the Albanian Parliament loses the meaning of parliamentarism.

Through a post on social networks, Noka emphasizes that the DP group in the Assembly is determined to work in defense of free speech that should resound in plenary sessions.

"The Albanian Parliament has a mute majority. Parliamentarism must return! When the MP is silenced, the citizens he represents are silenced. When the opposition is silenced, the Parliament turns into a Socialist Party assembly. Our parliamentary group is determined to work in defense of free speech, so that the truth of Albanian reality resounds in that hall," Noka writes./ CNA
