Lulzim Basha has once again mocked Prime Minister Edi Rama. Through a video posted on social media, Basha says that Rama sometimes went to Peza, Ndroq and Vaqarr and he knows what he was doing.

Unlike the last time, Basha recorded the message today not from the car, but from a meeting that took place this Monday afternoon in Peja.

Basha again asks Rama where his friends are, while in the background it can be heard that the citizens with whom he met have other questions for him.

Basha tells Rama ironically that the new multiplication table is 7x7=313.
