The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, stated today that the DP is determined to reform the justice system. Berisha said that Albanians are the only ones in Europe and the world who do not have a fair legal process.

During his speech, a conference with journalists, Berisha said that Albanians are forced to pay for civil cases, otherwise we have to wait 15 years for a case.

"I have emphasized before that the DP is determined to reform the justice system. Today, every Albanian for a civil matter, if they do not pay "the hairs of their heads" will have to wait 15 years. Albanians are the only ones in Europe and in the world who do not have a fair legal process," said Berisha.

Berisha also spoke about electoral crime, which according to him should be considered the most serious criminal offense after murder.

Berisha added that those who violate the rules will face increased electoral crime.

"The electoral crime will weigh heavily on them, they will remember it well. In addition to other crimes, the most serious criminal offense, after murder, will be considered electoral crime."
