Prime Minister Edi Rama, in his speech in Athens, also spoke about the leading democrat, continuing to refer to him as the "swamp owl." Rama said that Berisha has been hindering Albanians towards the EU for many years.

The Prime Minister said that the owl in Tirana, referring to Berisha, is a consequence of the communist dictatorship in the country. There was also an irony in Berisha's statement, which said that the owl is a symbol of beauty and wisdom.

Regarding this statement, Rama said that Berisha finds himself handsome and addressed the Albanians in Athens, telling them that they know how super sexy the democrat leader is.
