The Socialist Party's Political Director for the Diaspora, Taulant Balla, in an interview from Athens, said that the Socialist Party will not abandon the diaspora after the elections.

Balla described the small parties as Russian matryoshka dolls emerging from the lap of the leader of the Democratic Party, Berisha.

The Socialist Party, said Balla, has shown that it is a party that knows how to renew itself, as it is doing this time in its search for a fourth mandate.

In the interview, Balla stated that the Albanian diaspora is the fairest judge in these elections.

" Today we continued the round of meetings with our compatriots here in Athens, which will be a different form, because it will be of a conversational nature where compatriots will ask questions and receive clarifications regarding issues that they think need to be clarified, from those that are the commitments of the Socialist Party. I said it in Crete, I will say it again here in Athens, that the difference between the Socialist Party and others is that others only go on the campaign trail. We will come here again, as we have always come.

To be honest, they all look like matryoshka dolls to me, so, inside the big owl's matryoshka doll, if you keep going, they come out one after the other. So I don't make comments about anyone, to be honest, they are fighting for a job in parliament. Meanwhile, the battle here is how to conclude a historical aspiration to see our Albania a member of the European Union and this aspiration can only be concretized with Edi Rama and the Socialist Party.

Never forget that a political offer must meet three basic conditions to be voted for. First, there must be a political leader and here Edi Rama, I believe we all agree, makes a huge difference with all the others; having a team and the teams of the Socialist Party are teams that have proven that they know how to renew themselves as well; and having a program, that the only political force that comes with a real program based on concrete figures, not on empty promises, is only the program of the Socialist Party "Albania 2030".

"Now the diaspora is the fairest judge, because perhaps even distance allows them to see and adequately measure the great change, the great progress that Albania has made ," Balla said./ CNA
