SPAK demands house arrest for Berisha

The Special Prosecutor's Office has sent this Friday to GJKKO the claim for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha regarding the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.

It is learned that SPAK requested the measure of "house arrest" for the former prime minister and the leader of the DP.

The hearing to replace the security measure is expected to take place next week.

The claim of the Special Prosecutor's Office was submitted a day after the majority removed the immunity of MP Berisha.

CNA published the letter yesterday, where the Assembly informed SPAK that it could take an arrest measure against the chief democrat.

The Prosecutor's Office wants to place a measure of house arrest on Berisha, because he has never appeared before the BKH officers.

According to the decision of GJKKO, the former prime minister had to appear 4 times in BKH.

The chief democrat refused to go in any case, calling the measure "obligation to appear" as an illegal decision./ CNA
